If you are foreign student and going to go to study at other country then it is possible to y that you are brave person. Not every student has enough strength and brevity to leave native home in order to get knowledge at foreign country.
But if you go to anther country to study, it doesn’t’ matter that you have to come there without any background knowledge. It is really a mistake not to find out as much as possible about the country and the city, which will be your home for several years.
If you are going to study in Spain, for example, then you should get necessary knowledge about this country and its rules and requirements. Then it is necessary to gather information about the city where your educational establishment is situated. If it is Salamanca, for example and you are going to study at the University of Salamanca, then find out peculiarities of this city and this university. It is understandable that you want to see everything with your own eye and as one saying says it is better to see than to hear, basic information will not be bad. If you are going to study at Spain, then it is necessary to study at least basic things of Spanish language, because Spanish people respect those who are trying to learn their native language.
